You will need to log in to watch the dementia care videos which are behind the paywall.

You can watch 1 video for £1/€1 or 10 videos for just £6.49/€7.99 via the purchase of tokens.

One token grants you access to the video page, rather than the video itself.

This means you can pause, rewind or watch the video more than once whilst you are on the page; these videos may be bite-sized, but they do contain a lot of information! However leaving that particular page, for example by clicking onto the next video link or logging out of the website, will cause your token to expire.

Some devices will display a dynamic watermark over the videos. This is an additional security feature and we have tried to make it as unobtrusive as possible. If, however, you do find it annoying, watching the video in full screen will make the watermark appear smaller.

There is no time restriction on your tokens. All token controlled videos have subtitles.

Please note, we do not offer refunds.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Misperceptions and Misidentifications

Anyone who has worked with Dementia will know it is a very complex disease which assumes many forms. So many differing factors come into play – the personality of the person who has Dementia, the type of Dementia they have, and the areas of the brain affected. This is why it is so important to work in a person-centred way; one size does not fit all!

With this in mind, it is important to remember that these videos are offering general guidance only. They provide suggestions as to what may work, rather than rules as to what will work. You should always work in a person-centred way, follow the care plan and seek professional advice where necessary.

Mawatynki Limited will not be held liable for any accidents or incidents which occur as a result of implementing these suggestions.
